Plans for a new RP

Name: Kannoutekijin Clash, Brother against Brother!

Time: 10 years from now, Iname is still reigning Daimyo, Jugan is a professional assassin.

Plot: Jugan is hired to kill Iname, which Jugan will gladly do because of a little arguement they had years ago. Jugan isn't considered part of the clan anymore, but still uses Light Arts. Whenever Jugan's name is mentioned around Iname, he either becomes quiet or says "Who?"

Place: Streets of Konoha

Characters involved:
Jugan
Iname
Anybody else if they wish, but they must be friends with Iname or Jugan.

Not exactly a friend of Jugan but kyoki and jugan never had problems but iname and kyoki did and kyoki does have a deep hatered for iname. So would I be able to be in it?
